The Haute Valeur Environnementale (HVE) certification, created by the French Ministry of Agriculture, encourages farms and vineyards to promote biodiversity, reduce pesticide use, and improve water and fertilizer management. It consists of three levels, with the third being the highest. Christine\u2019s wines, from our third collection, have this HVE 3 certification.<\/p>\n
